Minimum locking period is one month. The amount of time you’ll need storage depends on your situation. Storagians understands that you may not know how long you’ll need storage, and we offer flexibility to move out when the time is right.

The Billing cycle is from the day of packing to month end. Next month the invoice will be generated beginning of the month. Ours is prepaid system.

If you come to our facility and pick up your goods, it will cost you nothing at all. For deliveries to your doorstep, Storagians has a simple fee for returns:

Yes, renters cannot store the following:

  • hazardous materials (dangerous or toxic chemical, gas, liquid, substance, material or waste including vehicle tires)
  • any improperly packaged food or perishable goods
  • flammable materials
  • explosives
  • dangerous and prohibited drugs
  • any other inherently dangerous materials
  • live/dead animal or plants
  • stolen goods
  • anything illegal

We provide an Inventory Form to you at the day of packing, the cope will be carried storagians team also.

Please note that we do NOT accept any items into storage without a signed inventory list.

Storagians agreement is auto extendable, until you initiate the delivery mail with a date.
